1-Year Limited Warranty

Gardisand provides a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use from the date of delivery.

This warranty is intended to protect customers against defects caused during the manufacturing process.


What Is Covered

This limited warranty may cover:

✔ Manufacturing defects in frames

✔ Structural defects under normal residential use

✔ Defective hardware supplied with the product

✔ Manufacturing defects in wicker, metal, or other materials

✔ Manufacturing defects in tables and fixed components


Cushion Warranty

Outdoor cushions are covered against manufacturing defects only.

Normal fading, weathering, or wear resulting from outdoor use is not considered a manufacturing defect.

To maximize cushion lifespan, we recommend storing cushions in a dry place during prolonged rain or when not in use.


What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper assembly

  • Misuse or abuse

  • Commercial use

  • Accidents or impact damage

  • Damage caused by severe weather, flooding, hurricanes, or fire

  • Rust resulting from improper care

  • Fading caused by prolonged UV exposure

  • Mold or mildew resulting from improper storage

  • Cosmetic scratches occurring after delivery


Warranty Claim Process

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within the warranty period.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect

Our support team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.


Resolution Options

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Gardisand may, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace the defective part

  • Send replacement hardware

  • Replace the product

  • Offer another appropriate solution

The specific resolution will depend on the nature of the issue and product availability.


Warranty Limitations

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Gardisand is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from product use.
