You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging whenever possible.

  • Incorrect item received.
  • Item significantly different from its description.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items showing signs of misuse, abuse, or intentional damage.
  • Products modified or altered after delivery.
  • Items returned without prior authorization.
  • Commercial or business-use products after installation.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage or defect
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the claim and provide a replacement, replacement parts, store credit, or a refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Once an order has entered processing or shipment preparation, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, and optional delivery services are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
