- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for up to 3 years from the date of purchase.
- Structural frame defects under normal residential use for up to 5 years.
- PE rattan wicker defects including cracking, peeling, or abnormal deterioration caused by manufacturing defects for up to 3 years.
- Outdoor fabric defects, including seam failures and manufacturing defects, for up to 2 years.
- Hardware defects including connectors, brackets, and assembly components for up to 1 year.
